Thank you for joining our Yōli family. To assist you with a smooth purchasing process we have outlined all our processes below:
Returns, Exchanges & Credit notes
We understand that sometimes things don’t always go to plan, and you may wish to return or exchange your item/s. This can be facilitated within 30 days of receiving your order and is subject to the below conditions:
- Items must be in original, resalable condition (unused, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, undamaged)
- All tags must still be attached, for hygiene reasons.
- Items must be returned in original packaging.
In order to facilitate your choice to return or exchange your order please contact our team at hello@yolihaus.com with your order number, your reason for the return, and any supporting images of the product to ensure it meets the above conditions. Please note that if we receive a returned order without it first having been approve by our team, it may result in the refund not being able to be facilitated.
Once your return or exchange has been approved with our Yōli team a return shipping label will be provided once payment has been received from the customer for the return freight cost. The items must be dropped off at the closest shipping depot within two (2) weeks of communication to process the refund, exchange or credit note.
Please allow for the item/s to be returned to the Yōli warehouse (located in Melbourne, Australia) for inspection prior to a refund/exchange to be facilitated. All refunds/exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be processed back onto the same purchase method used to buy the order.
Orders are placed with the knowledge that delivery dates can change and delays to orders are not grounds for refunds unless in exceptional circumstances.
All sale and discounted items are final sale.
Delivery and Shipping
Within Australia
Standard delivery - Free, no minimum spend.
2-14 Business Days
Express delivery - Small parcels $15 AUD, Large parcels $30 AUD calculated at checkout
1-4 Business Days
International Orders
Express Delivery only - Free for orders over $200 AUD
For orders under $200 AUD, Small parcels $20 AUD, Large parcels $80 AUD calculated at checkout.
Disclaimer: International delivery times can vary depending on your location, please track your order via the tracking details provided to you via email.
Customs
Please note all pricing does not include sales tax or importing duties for international orders. As the recipient of the order, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by customs. The shipping port may hold your order until payment has been made directly to their nominated account. Contact and advice will be made directly to you by the freight carrier or customs to facilitate.
Please ensure you are aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.
Dispatching Orders
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.
Tracking will be provided for all orders in your dispatch notification email.
Please note that we can deliver to a PO Box for all standard deliveries, however any express or international deliveries cannot be sent to a PO Box address. Please ensure you have a residential or commercial address to provide at checkout in these instances.
Faulty Product
At Yōli we take great pride and care in ensuring all our designs are of the highest quality and ensure they go through a vigorous quality control check prior to getting sent out to their new homes. However, if for any reason you find your product is faulty or you have received the incorrect order our team will be more than happy to assist you in rectifying your order as per the Australian Consumer Law.
If your order was received damaged or the wrong items were delivered, please email us at hello@yolihaus.com with the below details:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the damage and items
- Supporting photographs or videos of the item/s
- Clear image of the packaging including shipping label
This must be reported within 24 hours of receiving goods. Failure to report any damages and items within this timeframe may void any transit insurance for your goods and therefore a resolution may not be able to be provided.
Any issues reported outside of the 24hr period will be ineligible of a full refund, however our team may be able to facilitate an exchange or credit not as an alternative option. This will be assessed case by case.

Sale & Discounts
Please note that no two offers can be used in conjunction with one another. When purchasing during any current sale, any discount codes would not be honoured and cannot be applied and accepted with your orders, this includes our special discount for our partners and trade clients.
We cannot honour or match prices to orders placed prior to any current sale. Any purchase prior the sale date would be final and would not be eligible for any price difference refunds or exchange.
