Sustainability and Certifications

All YŌLI towels are produced under the Clean Energy program. Our manufacturing partner has been selected for their pioneering efforts to reduce the carbon footprint of production by investing in a Solar Power Plant (SSP) both on the production infrastructure and on the field, a total installed capacity of 20MW. All energy that is consumed for production uses clean energy. 

Thanks to this initiative using clean energy with the solar energy facilities, it is estimated that 2,900.263 m3 of annual natural gas has been prevented as well as 30,000 tons of CO2 _emissions . In addition, 1,750,000 trees were saved with our GES power plants, and thus 34,250,000 square meters were greened to support the protection of living life and habitat diversity.
